5 Beauty Hacks

We all have some brilliant beauty hacks that we live by, whether it is finding an alternative use for a product or a quick fix, I love discovering new ones. Here are my top 5:

1. Lipstick on teeth
It doesn’t get much more embarrassing than cracking a big smile only to be told “oh you have lipstick on your teeth”. To avoid this and make sure it never ever happens again, just pop your finger in your mouth, wrap your lips around it and when you pull your finger out any excess lipstick will be on your finger not your teeth, perfect.

2. Spot treatment
Ever have a spot pop up and you have ran out of your spot treatment? Not to worry just grab some toothpaste and pop it on the emerging spot. This helps calm it down.

3. Give your lipstick serious staying power
Want your lipstick to last all night? Well after you apply your chosen shade, just grab a tissue, place it over your lips and then dab the tissue with translucent powder. Voila, beautiful lips all night.

4. Stop bubbles ruining your manicure
So you spend ages giving yourself a beautiful manicure only to realise when it drys that loads of little bubbles have popped up – so irritating. To stop these bubbles appearing do not shake your polish instead just roll it between your hands. As when you shake the nail polish it traps air which results in them pesky bubbles.

5. Enhance your eyelashes with baby powder
Want extra longer lashes? Firstly coat them in your favourite mascara then with baby powder on a cue tip glide over your lashes. Finally add another coat of mascara, it will stick to the baby powder leaving them lovely and long.
