Lip Liner: Yes or No?

Lip liner is one of those things that is not a necessity but it can potentially change the outcome of your look. So I decided to put lip liner to the test to determine if it’s a must have or a don’t bother.

Using Seventeen’s Lip Liner in Valentine, teamed with Mac’s LoveLorn I put itΒ to the test:20140815-214228-78148414.jpg
Lips without lip liner just lipstick:

I think lip liner is a must for creating the perfectly defined pout, it is also great for stopping any lipstick bleeding and if you fancy you can overdraw your lips slightly to create an even fuller pout.

So for me lip liner is a must have, is it for you also?

Thanks for this post – I’ve been umming and ahhing about whether lipliner is necessary and now it’s on my shopping list! Do you remember if 17 had a reasonable range of colours?

Hey Charlotte, definitely a must buy! They don’t have a massive selection but they have the essentials, as you don’t have match the lipstick perfectly to the lip liner, just get a similar shade. Hope it works well for you x

I was wondering the same thing! Especially when using the colour red, I was thinking having lip liner would be good for the perfect red pout!
