Top Tip Tuesday: Drink Peppermint Tea

If you make only one healthy change to your diet this month, it should be to start drinking peppermint tea. It has so many health benefits and can make you feel better instantly.

Here are all the reason why it’s so good for you:

3. Sleep aid
4. Clears your sinuses
5. Soothes a sore throat
6. Fixes hormonal skin probelms
7. Stops Bloating
8. Aids Digestion
9. Relieves nausea

However, I have also read it is NOT advised for pregnant ladies to drink it.


I try to drink at least one cup a day but if you even manage one cup a couple of times a week, you will be doing your body a favour.
